Covid-19 - Business Continuity Statement

18 Mar 20

Whilst the COVID 19 outbreak has affected some businesses, we continue to offer an uninterrupted service.

The structure of our business allows us to mobilise home working for all management and office staff, which is in place.

We have examined our supply chain and have a continuity plan that has multiple alternatives for every material we use.

Our site teams are not based in any one start / finish location, so the spread of the virus can be contained to one 3-man team, allowing business continuity to be maintained. Our labour model has always been flexible and at this point we have recruitment options available to scale up our labour resource should need arise, or we experience a shortfall in staff due to self-isolation or illness. We do conduct regular management and safety audits on all of our projects and will make contact with the relevant person in advance to see if that is appropriate. Should anyone become diagnosed or be advised to self-isolate, we will take action in accordance with current government guidelines and notify as necessary.

Whilst mindful that there could be measures implemented that are out of our control, we are able to continue to provide services indefinitely under current conditions. Should this change then we will notify you accordingly.
